December's Artist of The Month- Mark Holdaway

Mark Holdaway is an expert kalimba player whose efforts to promote the kalimba through YouTube videos and over two dozen instructional books and recordings has brought him world renown. He commits a lot of time to community performances in
elder care facilities, a few for children and developmentally disabled adults, and
a lot of holiday performances in December - all gigs that emphasize the beautiful, soothng,
and healing nature of the kalimba...

His future is looking towards an interest in collaborating with artists making
techno, electronic or alternative music, to integrate the sound of the kalimba
into a more progressive musical style. Here's to the future!!!
